In the UEFI settings of the T480, there's an option to deactivate TPM. Does that clear the TPM? That would render the Windows install unusable. WebTPM = Trusted Platform Module, used to store security keys if your using bitlocker (note not the recovery keys). Make sure bios is updated with system update/vantage. Go into bios -> security -> security chip (I think, not at the machine now). Turn it on, it's the Intel something you need for TPM 2.0 Hope that helps airtraq • It passed?
