I also think (but I'm far from positive) that there is a difference between a JTM-45 and a Bluesbreaker. A true Bluesbreaker has tremelo and is always a combo.

My current 4-10 is a Custom Audio Amplifiers closed back unit and it sounds absolutely incredible with my Chieftain. As much as I love my old Marshall 4-12 with old Greenies, this CAA cab pulls so much more sweetness out of my rig with the Vintage 10's. There is more breakup happening at a lower volume but not at an earlier point on the volume, perhaps some what but expect pretty clean up to 4 and then after that the output stage really begins to work. All of his amps are based on the different Marshall amps. I think they're cathode biased, so self-biasing. On the sockets, pin 1 and pin 8 need to be tied together for use with EL34s.
