After she left, I noticed a big stain on the roughout seat of the saddle. I think she got so scared she peed in her pants!! I felt bad - I don't want to embarass her by asking her...but I do want to get the saddle clean, remove the stain.

I you absolutely need to soap an area of the rough out, go ahead and clean it, let it dry and use a light to medium sandpaper to rough it up again.
