WebMay 29, 2024 · My first flight in Biman Bangladesh Business Class, on the carrier’s flagship 777-300ER London route, was very good overall. The ground experience…not so much. I’ll have a full review later in the week, but want to provide my first impressions. First, the ground services are well-intentioned, but simply uncompetitive. WebOne of the Biman airline workers a man by the name of Sunan Chowdhury was very helpful and went out of his way to assist me. Even the manager/s there that moment were very helpful. Its almost 11hrs flight, flight departs around 10.15am BST and arrives in London by 3.45pm GMT. Business class seats are comfortable and food is good.
WebMay 16, 2024 · Coming to my main feedback from my recent flight from Sylhet to Dhaka and then Dhaka to London Heathrow on 16/01/20 and then on 17/01/20. As usual the flight was delayed first by half an hour then by 1 hour and 25 minutes from Sylhet to Dhaka flight. From Dhaka airport to the hotel for overnight stay was unbearable experience.

Here work environment is not good actually but job security is much more higher than any other Airlines. A Dispatcher have to do hard work here but their salary is very lower and do not get good job status as well. Note: expect the flight to be delayed by around 2hours leaving Heathrow and also returning from Dhaka.
